What Is the Lexus Encore Program?
Lexus Encore is a three-year owner benefits program available to Lexus owners when purchasing eligible new and demonstrator vehicles sold on or after 1st January 2020.
A Lexus ownership experience goes beyond the vehicle itself. The Lexus Encore Program offers access to exclusive benefits like service experiences, lifestyle events and opportunities to connect with other Lexus owners. As a Lexus Encore member, your time and your Lexus are our priority. Experience benefits like service loan cars, lifestyle benefits such as hotel partnerships and exclusive events.
Who Is Lexus Encore For?
Eligible owners of new and demonstrator Lexus vehicles sold on or after 1st January 2020 are enrolled in Encore by their Lexus Dealer at delivery¹. In many cases, spouses or de facto partners can also enjoy the same membership benefits when they drive the vehicle.
Lexus Encore membership Tiers
The Lexus Encore program includes different membership tiers for different vehicles:
- Encore: a three-year complimentary membership for eligible Lexus owners
- Encore Platinum: an enhanced tier available on selected flagship L-Series
- Encore Platinum Electrified: an Encore Platinum tier tailored for selected Lexus Electrified models

The DriveCare³ roadside assistance program provides peace of mind when the unexpected happens throughout your Lexus Encore membership.
With DriveCare³, members receive breakdown assistance with fuel, battery and tyre/wheel replacement, basic mechanical assistance, towing to a Lexus Dealership or technical centre and many more benefits. In many cases, support is available 24 hours a day, so you can feel confident on the road, day or night.

Exclusively Platinum
The Lexus Encore Platinum Program includes an exclusive tier, available to owners of selected Lexus LC, LS, LX, and LM models¹.
In addition to the benefits enjoyed by Encore Members, Encore Platinum services allow you to tailor your Lexus experience even more perfectly to your needs. For selected Lexus Electrified models, an Encore Platinum Electrified tier offers additional benefits designed to support home and public charging, reflecting Lexus' focus on electrified mobility.
On Demand
Whether you are flying interstate or taking a road trip, Encore Platinum members can access On Demand services that allow you to loan an additional vehicle from participating dealerships or select airports across Australia. On Demand is available four times for eight days each during your Encore Platinum membership.
Valet Parking
Drop your keys off and we will take care of the rest. Enjoy up to eight complimentary valet parking visits at select locations across Australia, including Westfield, Chadstone and The Playford, making every visit feel effortless.
The Lexus Encore Platinum Program includes an exclusive tier, available to owners of Lexus LC, LS, LX, RC F and GS F models.
