Thank you to especially Nicole, Mark and everyone else that assisted us with our Lexus RX 350 purchase last week. I have purchased approx 13 new vehicles in my time, and have never received the friendliness, professionalism and service ever, from any other dealership or manufacturer. The sale was memorable... (however we will see the bank account too) heheh So many other husbands of our friends now hate me, as their wives are saying, Why couldn't you get me a Lexus like this for Valentines Day? I answered by saying, I DIDN'T buy Tracey flowers, however Parra Lexus did! I shouldn't say this, but I would have thought Audi would have provided a high level of pre-sales experience, I was totally wrong. Hence why we did not continue looking at this vehicle. Dear Alan / Mark, It's some 18 months since we were lucky enough to visit your Parramatta show room and our timing was great as you had taken delivery of the first GS450h Hybrid for display. Selection of this vehicle was easy from my perspective: The technics of the Hybrid Electric Power, Fuel Economy and Exceptional Power was in some ways close to my industry of Power Generation. My wife was sold on the new Lexus by colour, style & luxury comforts and still keeps telling me so. Our Lexus travelling time has been a very enjoyable experience with only one exception of a Kangaroo halting our progress rather abruptly. Thanks to Lexus safety, we then continued to drive home safely. The support of your service department has been exceptional in terms of quality and personal service, giving us even more confidence in Lexus of Parramatta. You may recall when we purchased our GS450h we named one of our race horses "HIVOLT" in line with the Lexus Hybrid Technology. He took a little more fine tuning than our Lexus but he finally grew up to run a second by 1/2 a head and then a great win by 4 1/2 lengths at the Grafton Cup Carnival in July. We are all optimistic of a greater performance in the 2007 / 08 racing season. This is the first service I have had since buying the car from your dealership at Parramatta earlier this year. It can be hard to provide good customer service these days, sometimes the difficult part is finding out exactly what the customer wants. It is paramount to provide the expectations of what the customer is after, but to provide a service above the customers expectations is where your business will thrive.
